Paraffin Wax
Product Overview:
High-purified Wax is composed of fully refined paraffin and plastic polymers for both infiltration and embedding. Embedded specimens can be easily cut with steady ribbon continuity, no cracking or tearing on flotation
• Without addition of DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), odorless, clear and transparent
• Section down to 2µm thickness
• Minimizes wrinkles and compression
• Melting point of 56-58 °C, 58-60 °C, 60-62 °C
Precautions：
• Store the paraffin wax below 38°C and avoid sunlight.
• Paraffin caking occurs when stored at high temperature, which does not affect the use.
• Recommend using same paraffin wax for infiltration and embedding
